ORDERING PROCESS: Evochi products can be purchased online with our secure shopping cart or via telephone at (219)-365-8147. We accept the following forms of payment in U.S. funds: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or thru PayPal.
SALES TAX: Sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders.
SHIPPING PROCESS: Evochi is proud to not only manufacture our own products but all of our products are hand produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days if items are in stock, 8 - 10 business days for busy Holiday seasons or for larger orders. We have no control over delays in delivery and therefore cannot guarantee delivery dates. We accept no liability for delayed shipments due to the carrier.
Orders will be shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS Ground. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. Please note that we CAN NOT ship via UPS to PO Boxes. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship C.O.D. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. Please note that we CAN NOT ship via UPS or FedEx to PO Boxes.
Expedited shipping is available for in stock items at an additional fee . Please verify product availability and shipping charges to your location via phone at 219-365-8147 or via email at diane@evochi.com This must be done prior to shipment!
If an item is damaged during shipment call us immediately at 219-365-8147. Evochi will then advise you as to any further action that you need to take. Please keep the original box and packing materials as they may need to be sent back to us.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Occasionally there are times that we run low on an item and it may not be available at the time of placing your order or within 3 business days of the placed order. This usually occurs with our handmade cleansing bars. They require a proper cure time of 3 to 4 weeks. Although a batch may be available it may not have cured the proper amount of time at the time you placed your order. Instead of holding up an entire order, the "out of stock" item will be deducted from the total owed, deduct the proper shipping cost for that item and the available items will be shipped and charges only for that order will be assessed. All out of stock items must be reordered.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email or by telephone before we have shipped the items to you.
Due to the nature of our products and from Federal sanitary guidelines our products can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. In the rare instance that we have shipped the wrong product to you in error, we will ask that you notify us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will then assess how best to handle the error.
